What We Believe
God
God is the eternal creator of all things. He is the everlasting God of eternity who exists in three eternal persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are all co-equal and all one God.
Jesus
Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. Through His perfect sinless life, He offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for all believers. By dying on a cross, Jesus paid the debt of our sins. By rising from the dead, He conquered death. By ascending to Heaven, He sits on His throne in glory as the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. He will return again in power and glory to consummate His redemptive mission.
Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the third member of the Godhead, equal to the Father and the Son. He makes the truth of God known to man. He exalts Christ. He convicts men of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment and empowers the believer with spiritual gifts to carry the Gospel of Christ to the world.
The Bible
The Bible is God's revelation of Himself to man. It was written by men divinely inspired by God under the influence and guidance of the Holy Spirit. All scripture is true and trustworthy and is a treasure of divine instruction for our lives.
Man
Man is the creation of God, made in His own image. He created them, male and female, as the firstfruits and crowning work of His creation. By his free will, man sinned against God and corrupted the human race. Being already condemned, man must be reconciled to God through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Salvation
Salvation is the free gift of God to us. We can never repay the debt of sin that we are under. By believing that Jesus' death and resurrection fully paid our debt, we are forgiven of our sins and the penalty of death. Eternal life begins the moment we put our faith in Jesus Christ.
